Order products online at Metroprint.ph, and have them delivered to your door. Or pick them up at

Delivery Schedule

Every Business-day

We deliver 6 days a week: Monday to Saturday, except Holidays & Sunday.

Prior Notification

We’ll call you before your order leaves the factory for delivery.

Delivery Timings

Varies between 11am-6pm. Note that adverse traffic may cause delays.

Outside Manila

To other locations are shipped via courier. It will take +1 day to arrive.

Deliveries can be arranged through international
courier service companies. The charges will vary
depend on shipment/freight requirements.

Delivery Collection

You are welcome to collect your order in person from our office.

Pick up service is limited to business hours 9am-6pm, Saturdays to Thursdays.
Please call before hand to confirm your order is indeed ready and available for pick up to avoid any kind of disappointment.
ATM machines are located nearby both the locations.
We strongly advise against in-office pickup when ordering products that are heavy or large in quantity.

Delivery Packages

All our Business Cards are delivered in an original Metro Print prime box.

All other orders are wrapped in protective brown paper with an attached sample of the printed material outside of the paper bundle.

Orders shipped to other Emirates are packed and sealed in brown corrugated boxes.

Production Turnaround

It is the estimated amount of time we need to complete a print job. This includes compiling the print data, printing, trimming, binding and any post-print finishings as well as packaging and preparing your order for delivery.

When does the turnaround time start?

Production starts only once you have confirmed the digital proof. If your uploaded data meets our printing requirements, we will send a link by email for you to confirm a digital proof of your data. After you approve the proof, your order will be sent to the factory for production.

How long does it take?

It depend on following these 3 factors:

Amount of time necessary for you to review and approve your digital proof.
Number of days we need for printing, plus any finishings.
Time required for your order to arrive at its destination.

Once your order is placed, you will receive automatic confirmation emails at different stages of the production process. The emails will contain details of your order, any confirmations necessary, delivery notifications and the estimated delivery date. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Different Day Turnarounds

Each product has a different turnaround. Turnaround times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
